Inscribed: "Frederic Baron Trenck." Summary: two prints of the same plate, one impression faded and the other dark and clear; portrait of a man in eighteenth-century dress chained to the wall of a dungeon standing over a grave stone with a skull and cross bones and the name "Trenck;" surrounded by a rustic architectural border.
