Charlotte Harbor and Naval Reserve Station, Rochester, N.Y.
Description
An active harbor scene with sailboats, a large steamboat, various other small craft anchored along the shoreline, with a group of men and women on the pier, possibly waiting to board a boat. Because there is a Naval Reserve Station, these men could be naval officers. The buildings on the other side of the harbor look like they could be for ship building and/or other navy properties.
