Wreck Wreck [indiscernible] on State Dam Troy N.Y.[handwritten front caption]
Description
Wreck of the canal boat "Julia O'Connor" and an unknown canal boat on State Dam in Troy, New York. There are flat wooden structures and fast moving water to the left of the two boats. The boats appear to be on the cusp of two water levels in the dam and the water [presumably] flows down from right to left. The city is in the background with industrial facilities and other buildings along the shore. There are wavy marks that are [presumably] from a postmark.
