Corner of Grove St. and Martine Ave. Looking north-east at where the court house once stood. The Galleria is a large enclosed mall in downtown White Plains. It was opened in August 1980 and built by Cadillac Fairview, a Canadian devloper on two large city blocks of former urban renewal land.
